Kirsten Westholter, founder of KW Transformations, is a seasoned change management consultant with over 25 years of experience in consultancy and international collaboration. Originally from the Netherlands and a UAE resident since 2016, Kirsten is passionate about fostering innovation, bridging cultural differences, and creating thriving workplaces. Her journey, which began at the age of 17 studying economics in Amsterdam, has shaped her into a resilient and insightful leader.

She is a firm believer in thinking without a box. Kirsten also collaborates with forward-thinking leaders to ignite positive change, helping organizations turn challenges into opportunities for growth.

As a poet, she channels her reflections on life, love, and human connection into heartfelt, thought-provoking works.
